Aluminium Press Fit End Caps

Aluminum end caps are designed to fit tightly onto the end of aluminum extrusions used for blades and batten fencing. We are using CNC machining centers to produce all of the Aluminum End Caps, which are precisely crafted to fit each individual extrusion. For ease of installation, the underside of each one has a bevelled edge. We use premium quality mill-finished aluminum bars to make all of our aluminum end caps in-house. Installing aluminum end caps is simple; just use a rubber hammer to knock them in. When installed properly, our aluminum end caps will fit snugly. Aluminum end caps can be anodized, wood grain imaged, or powder coated before installation. There are currently more than 200 sizes of custom-made end caps available online. Both radius and square edge are available.
