Return & Refund Policy
Conditions for All Transactions
- All refunds, exchanges, repair requests, or warranty claims must be accompanied by one of the following proof of purchase documents: Paid Tax Invoice, Delivery Slip, or a Sales Order document. Quotation documents will not be accepted as a proof of purchase.
- Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon between Criston CNC and the customer.
- Criston CNC reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranty claims that do not meet the stated criteria or are beyond the allowed time frames described in Condition 2 below.
Condition 1: Faulty Products/Warranty Claims
If you receive a product that is found to be defective or faulty due to manufacturing or other issues attributable to Criston CNC, please notify us of your intention to return or exchange the product at the earliest opportunity, along with descriptions, photos, or videos explaining the fault(s).
Upon receipt of the faulty product and assessment by our team, if it is determined that the issue is indeed from our end and not due to customer misuse or damage, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund in accordance with relevant laws and regulations concerning product warranties and consumer rights.
Condition 2: Change of Mind
For change of mind returns or exchanges, we will be pleased to assist you based on the following conditions:
- You must notify us of your intention to return or exchange the product(s) at the earliest opportunity.
- The product must be returned with all accessories and packaging intact and in its original saleable condition determined by our assessment.
- Used or installed products cannot be returned under any circumstances except under Condition 1 (Faulty Products).
- Refunds and exchanges apply to the cost of products only and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs and risks shall be the responsibility of the customer.
